1/5/09 - It's a new year and a whole new start to The Hunted!  After years of holding back, I'm finally cutting loose, building an audience, and getting folks fired up to shoot their own episodes. I realize now that the future of the show lies in user generated content (like Youtube). My problem has always been that I get distracted or too busy and the show gets put on hold. If users can add their own content, the show sustains itself. I call it "Showstreaming" - like the new crazy "lifestreaming" twitter / facebook / social aggregator trend, but in the context of a show. And thanks to social network aggregators like ping.fm, it no longer takes me hours to update Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Blogger, and the rest of the known metaverse. I can even do it from my new iphone - crazy! Yea, the internet is changing on a daily basis and the secret to success seems to be hanging on for the ride.

12/14/08 - Sweet! Just found out the podcast was approved by Itunes!!

12/11/08 - Finally submitted The Hunted podcast to Itunes for review at 2:30am - woohoo! Now I just wish I could sleep in tomorrow.

12/10/08 - After some heavy duty internet surfing, The Hunted is now on Facebook, Myspace, Youtube, Blogger, and has it's very own RSS feed which I'm hoping to port to Itunes podcasting at any moment (all listed on the links page). Whew... Did the internet suddenly get bigger when I wasn't looking? Thanks to Felicia Day and her show "The Guild", at least I've got something to go on.

11/20/08 - Actually, since the show has never been officially released pending the completion of the pilot, it has been decided to finally release the show on Youtube and build a real audience that may help us finally realize shooting the pilot. So please, log into Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/user/thehuntedtv, subscribe, rate, and favorite as many episodes as humanly possible. We will be releasing one a week for the next several months.

11/17/08 - The latest episode of The Hunted has been loaded onto our new Youtube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/thehuntedtv

11/15/08 - Holy crap, has it actually been four years since the last episode? My apologies to the folks in St. Louis who have long since forgotten that we actually shot this. In an attempt to get things rolling again and finally shoot the pilot, I've upgraded my computer and resurrected a bunch of lost files, including this episode.

9/05/07 - Taking some time off from the VFX world and I'm determined to finish editing an episode I shot over three years ago in St. Louis. I've also received a request to screen episodes of The Hunted at the upcoming RadCon Fan Film Festival

1/08/07 - I've uploaded episodes of the Hunted to Youtube and a new Hunted presence on Myspace.

8/10/06 - I had no idea that Christopher Moshier was going to follow through on some great interviews of the cast for Fan Boy Films. Interviews include Bob Chapin, Jessica Cail, Tim Storms, and Patti Pelton.

6/10/06 - The Hunted is featured in the latest Fan Boy Films interview by Christopher Moshier. You can check it out here.

5/10/06 - VFX work continues with "Xmen 3" and "Fast and Furious 3." Now that pirates are hot (thanks to "Pirates of the Caribbean"), The Hunted may have to take a back seat once again after getting a few bites on a pirate script I wrote several years ago.

1/10/06 - VFX work has been keeping me busy these days - supervising a show for MTV. Made a few good contacts with the development folks and I'm planning on pitching the pilot to them in the near future.

5/27/05 - The DVD is finally for sale online - woohoo! Within the first hour I had over a dozen orders - the first was from Germany! My next step is to finish the last of the remaining episodes ("Slay me in St Louis" and "The Audition") before moving onto the pilot.

5/5/05 - Finally finished work on "Invasion" which should free up some time to finally get the DVD online.

3/3/05 - The Hunted DVD with commentary is finally finished amdist working on VFX for "Fantastic Four" and a ABC pilot called "Invasion." However, there's still a bit more work to do to get it packaged and put online.

12/05/04 - The Hunted DVD 2 season set is nearly finished, but unfortunately I have to run off again to make a living - this time for a VFX gig in Texas and then a much needed Christmas vacation in Miami. Look for the DVD and other developments early next year!

11/3/04 - The Hunted is now featured on a new collection of internet series links at www.cliffordhoeft.com. This is in addition to a few other links out there thanks to Dark Commandos and Vampfangs.

9/3/04 - Woohoo! The first pass of Breakthough is finally done. Once again, easily the most ambitious episode to date. You can find the episode online here (5mb download), although I probably won't officially release it until I've had some feedback. So check it out, send me some email and let me know what you think!

8/23/04 - Once more, life got in the way of the latest episode of The Hunted - working on VFX for Riddick and Fantastic Four.  However, it looks like I finally have some free time to finish "Breakthrough" - yay!

3/23/04 - Spent the weekend in St. Louis teaching a workshop organized by Douglas Glenn with a great bunch of guys and gals from the St. Louis Renaissance Faire shooting our latest episode "The Lesson". I know, I promised there would be no more episodes until the pilot was shot (sorry Gabe), but I couldn't pass this one up. Thanks guys for a great episode and a wonderful time!

3/14/04 - Soooo close. This past week I was busting my ass to finish the latest episode of The Hunted along with the Special Edition DVD. The reason: I had to take another CG gig (working on the feature film Riddick) and it starts tomorrow morning working 10 hours a day 6 days a week - not much time for anything, much less kicking vampire butt.

2/11/04 - Yep, it's been quite a long time since the last update, but the Hunted is still very much alive. I'm still finishing up work on effects for "Miss Castaway" and recently coordinated a battle sequence for the feature film "Soldier of God". Up next is still the coolest Hunted episode to date, "Breakthrough", which will premiere whenever I get a spare week to finally finish editing the thing. I'm also slated to shoot another episode in March with Douglas Glenn and his stage combat group in St. Louis.

10/4/03 - I just wanted to thank folks for coming out to support The Hunted in it's first ever Film Festival held in Hollywood this past weekend.  Members of the cast and crew were there to see the show for the first time on the big screen and several interviews were given to local papers and camera crews.  And thanks to the folks that wrote the International Press Academy to urge them to include The Hunted in their program.  Apparently there were a lot of entries, so yes, it did make a difference - thanks guys!

9/8/03 - Thanks to Deborah Payne, the Hunted has a fantastic new article in the latest edition of Martial Arts Insider Magazine. The article can be found online under the Interviews page. Thanks Deb!

8/21/03 - My new computer system is in and it rocks! Not only can it cut an entire feature length film, but it can burn DVD's - yesss! I can't wait to put together the Hunted DVD. However, I bought the system to work on effects for another feature film "Miss Castaway" which is also currently in production. So work is slow, but I am still cutting the latest episode "Breakthrough" (which is looking extremely cool), and I've entered The Hunted into a Vampire Film Series and Festival which will be held in Hollywood, CA on Sept 27-28.

6/13/03 - Never hooked up with the guys from Amanda Hades - even after coming up with a script. I expect we'll cross paths again sometime soon though. I did manage to finish the latest episode "The New Guy" after revamping (so to speak) the entire episode. Hope Troy and the rest of the gang are happy with it. My next trick is to update my entire computer system while finishing work on the last two episodes "Breakthrough" and "The Audition."

4/14/03 - Finally finished work on X-Men 2 after an insane schedule - twelve hour days seven days a week for the past two months.  Needless to say, I wasn't able to do much work on the Hunted. I did, however, run into someone who recogized me from the show and is producing his own internet series called Amanda Hades. Plans have been made to shoot a crossover episode if time permits.   Right now, my plans are to take a week off in Maui before getting busy once again on The Hunted.

1/27/03 - Well, I've gone and found myself a real job which is going to keep me busy for the next few months.  I'm doing CG for X-Men 2 at Cinesite.  I'm not sure what time I'll have left for The Hunted after a twelve hour day six days a week, but I'm hoping to at least finish the current episode as soon as possible.

1/7/03 - Happy New Year's gang!  I've added The Hunted to an online streaming service called "Radical Zoo." It looks like a pretty cool site where a few other freaky internet shows have found a home.

12/23/02 - Finished shooting action sequences for "Breakthough" last night about 4am.  I know I've said this before, but this has got to be one of our most ambitious episodes to date - all shot in a single evening three days before Christmas in the freezing cold.  Big thanks to our cast and crew - Jess Cail, Anthony Delongis, Tim Storms, Matt Emery, Homan Chou, Jeff Ackerman, and Allen Paulsen - you guys rock!  I owe you big time!

11/20/02 - Yep, got tired of waiting around to finish the pilot and nostalgic for editing a new episode, so "Star Power" is finally done.  And thanks to Jessica Cail for doing some kickass research on SFM - the virus responsible for vampires and the Hunted.  She's also helping to develop an episode called "Breakthrough" which will feature the research along with a few badass moves...

8/27/02 - Yea, it's been a while and I've definitely been keeping busy working on the pilot for the show. It's been a while since I've worked on an episode, however, and I'm tempted to put the next one together (Star Power) in the near future.  That is, when I'm not performing in my latest gig at the LA Opera beating up Placido Domingo (no, really).  Not quite sure how to make a Hunted episode out of this one...

6/10/02 - Spent the weekend unexpectedly promoting The Hunted at the 2002 Fan Odyssey convention. Andrew Helm and Roberta Brown were both guests of honor and I was pleasantly surprised that they decided to feature their respective Hunted episodes.  Thanks for the promo guys!  I was just there to support Bruce Young and his Dungeonmaster show, but I was happy to make an appearance the next day to sign autographs along with J. Hunter Ackerman (aka "Stalker" or "Cabana Boy").  A script is currently in the works to feature Dungeonmaster in an upcoming episode of The Hunted.

5/9/02 - Yea, right, like that was going to happen (see 3/6 where I actually thought I'd be working on a script for the pilot in Maui).  I have decided, however, that this latest episode "Film at 11" will be the last episode to go online until I finish the rewrite for the pilot.

4/2/02 - Made a valiant attempt at finishing the latest episode "Film at 11," but priorities got in the way.  Looks like I'll be leaving at 8am tomorrow morning for a week in Maui to celebrate my birthday (and piss off my friends).  I'll be taking along a copy of the script for the pilot episode in the hopes of getting some work done, but somehow I don't think that will happen...

3/6/02 - "Return of the Stalker" is finished editing and I'm continuing to edit episodes while finishing the rewrite for the pilot and searching for a showrunner.  Other than that, still unemployed and searching for a VFX gig to put food on the table...

2/24/02 - So what's the latest holdup?  We have a potential investor for the series (woohoo) and I've been trying to locate a "showrunner" that can help us put together a business plan to take the show to the cable networks.  The American Film Market is also going on this week and I've been spreading the word about The Hunted.  The response has been quite encouraging.

1/26/02 - "Faire Warning" is almost completed, and in addition to editing new episodes and finally shooting the pilot, I'm thinking about adding some sort of online interactive game to the site.  There are several online vampire gaming sites which I know nothing of.  If anyone has any info or ideas, please let me know at bob@thehunted.tv.

1/17/02 - Completed shooting pickups for "Film at 11" thanks to the dazzling improv of Mike Coleman and camerawork by Jeff Ackerman.  I also finished pickups for "Star Power" thanks to TJ Storm.  Both episodes are looking great, but they'll have to wait until I finish editing "Faire Warning" along with several other episodes which happen to be waiting in line...

12/20/01 - So for my Christmas present to myself (and several members of the Highlander contingent), I've finally managed to finish editing "Con Job" - woohoo!  Believe it or not, I'm still trying to edit the rest of the remaining episodes as fast as I can so I can finally get around to shooting the pilot.  I've also put a hold on shooting any new episodes until the pilot is done.  No really, I mean it this time...

11/21/01 - Finally figured out a way to add a ratings script to the episode page - vote away guys! This past weekend's episode at Dragonfest went well. Thanks to the help of Char Frost, John Gumboc, Jochen Repolust, and Jeff Ackerman, we managed to get cameos from martial arts celebrities such as Don (the Dragon) Wilson, Richard Lynch, Diana Inosanto, James Lew, Gerald Okamura, Cary Tagawa, and TJ Storm.

11/13/01 - I know, it's about damn time.  I've managed a few diversions in the past month including a week's vacation and a new live show I'm working on called "Dungeonmaster," which has been a blast (check out the link under the new "Appearances" listing).  In addition to completing "Rendezvous," I'm getting ready to shoot something (not sure what yet) at Dragonfest this weekend, and I'm trying to figure out a way to add a "ratings"script to the episode page.  I also received our first episode "New Guy" from our Calgary contingent, Knights of the Wild Rose, and it looks great!

10/9/01 - Finished editing "Class Ritual," but I think I might hold on to it for a few days while I get caught up.  Still haven't secured a VFX job yet so I'm trying to get through as many episodes as fast as possible.  I'm planning on finishing pickups for "Rendezvous" next weekend.  I'm trying not to shoot any new episodes, but I shot the first part to a sequel with Stu (Sulk) entitled "Date with an Angel," and I'm planning two new episodes - one at Dragonfest with Bob Goodwin's group and another with Gillian Horvath and friends.

10/2/01 - The associates program continues to expand with links to Amazon.com.   I'm hoping these affiliate programs may someday help to finance "The Hunted," but in the meantime it looks as though I may have to go back to work.  I have an interview tomorrow morning with a major visual effects company, which is good news, but taking the job will undoubtedly slow production of the show.

9/23/01 - Released "That's Showbiz" this weekend - Patti Pelton's third episode to date (thanks Patti).  I had previously decided to work on "Con Job" next, but Roberta's class has been waiting quite some time to see their work on "Class Ritual."  Several other episodes are also currently in the works - a script from Stu Chapin for the return of Sulk called "Date With an Angel," and two other independent episodes being developed in Calgary and Seattle.  To date I'm still taking a break from visual effects - choosing instead to complete as much work as I can on The Hunted.

9/11/01 - Woke up this morning with a call from a friend informing me of the tragedy at the World Trade Center in New York.  He also mentioned that all of downtown LA had been evacuated and it might make for a great Hunted episode.  I was shocked by the suggestion, but it made me wonder how much this show has really taken over my life and the lives of my friends.  It didn't seem to matter much, though, in comparison to the overwhelming events which will undoubtedly change our lives forever...

9/7/01 - Woohoo!  We have our first official sponsor "Vampfangs," who have graciously provided us with a supply of really cool prosthetic fangs to use on the show - thanks guys!  I've updated the "Behind the Scenes" area to accomodate our sponsors and a few other additions including "Slayer Central," which lists fighters seeking other performers to work with on new episodes.  There is also a new Highlander Interview online which covers everything you ever wanted to know (and possibly a few things you didn't) about The Hunted.  Speaking of new episodes, I'm finishing up "That's Showbiz" (which is looking great), and we'll be shooting pickups this weekend for "Rendezvous" and "Con Job."

8/26/01 - "Stalker" is complete and I've just returned from a three day shoot at the Highlander Convention, which was definitely our most ambitious episode to date.  A huge thanks goes out to everyone who helped put this one together - Andrew Helm for coming up with a kickass fun script (and being a damn cool sidekick), Jochen Repolust for coming through once again as Mikey, Lynn Loschin (you rock) and her convention staff for all their amazing support, all our cool new Hunted fans, and Anthony DeLongis and F. Braun McAsh for bringing the project to a new level - donating their time, patience, and professionalism to our cause.  Too many names to mention - Maureen, Morgan, Patti, Abbie, Kerry, Mary, Susie, The Contessa... thanks everyone!  I'll be editing the episode as soon as I shoot the rest of the footage, which should take place in the next couple weeks.

8/14/01 - Finished editing "Dance of the Undead" and starting work on "Stalker."  Andrew has also finished the script for the upcoming Highlander Convention, which has been dubbed "Con Job."  I'm still working on the schedule, which is going to be tight since it coincides with the rest of the convention.  I'll probably be shooting pickups in the next couple weeks with any past members of the Hunted who are interested in being a part of the episode.

8/8/01 - Been swamped with email over the past week from Highlander fans who are interested in being a part of the upcoming episode.  Thanks guys, I think we've got it covered!  The episode seems to be coming together - Andrew Helm is writing the script (which is looking great) and I've already contacted Anthony DeLongis, Braun McAsh, and Lynn Loschin (Reunion coordinator) about filming.

8/2/01 - In addition to editing episodes like a madman and shooting pickups for "Return of the Stalker" this weekend, I'm attempting to put together an episode using the upcoming Highlander Reunion Convention (which is in 2 weeks) as a backdrop.  If there are any Highlander fans in attendance who are interested in being a part of this episode, you can contact me at bob@thehunted.tv.

7/29/01 - Been busier than usual working on the latest version of the website, editing the latest episode (Breaking Up - Part II, which is looking damn cool), and taking advantage of another great opportunity to shoot "Return of the Stalker" this weekend at the Hollywood Bowl.  Thanks to everyone who helped pull this one together at the last second.

7/8/01 - Finished shooting "Class Ritual," which went great.  Thanks to Roberta's class for staying out late on a school night and to Kerry for her latest Mikey cameo.  I also finally finished editing "Blade in Training" (thanks for waiting guys).  I'm trying to decide now if I have the finances to take few months off to edit the remaining episodes before I tackle the pilot.

7/1/01 - Got a great start on the "Class Ritual" episode written by Andrew Helm which makes wonderful use of Roberta Brown's stage combat class at the Westside Fencing Center. We should be finishing pickups next weekend.  In the meantime, I just added a "Stuff" menu to the main page which links to an online store called cafepress.com.  These guys are great (tell them thehunted sent you).  You give them your graphics and they market shirts, cups, and other stuff while taking care of orders and shipping.  In lieu of finding an investor or content provider for financing, I'm hoping to continue to produce the show with the help of marketing (buy a shirt!), advertising (any good banner exchange programs out there?), and licensing (keep an eye out for content providers such as scifiwebchannel.com, which has already agreed to air the show).

6/10/01 - Spent the day shooting pickups for "Blade in Training" at Universal Citywalk.  Thanks to Richard and Darnell for dealing with last minute improv and scheduling.

5/27/01 - Shot "Faire Warning" this weekend at the renaissance pleasure faire thanks to Michael Cawelti, Maurice Browder, and Pax Smith for organizing the swordfight and getting us gatelisted.  Thanks again to Jochen and Kerry (who finally found herself in front of camera) and to everyone else at faire who helped out.

5/19/01 - Shot "That's Showbiz" with Patti Pelton, who also organized and produced the entire episode - perhaps our most ambitious to date.  The shoot involved a cast and crew of approximately 15 people varying from really talented improv actors to stunt professionals doing some amazing wushu and wire work (Ming Liu was recently nominated for the first annual Stunt Awards).  Thanks to legendary stuntman Bob Yerkes for letting us use the coolest backyard in the world, Tsuyoshi Abe for choreographing, Chris Torres for helping to organize and produce, and to everyone else who helped put this one together.

4/29/01 - Finished shooting "Tough Love" with Kit and Alex today (which we started over six months ago).  The guys did a fantastic job throwing together the parking lot fight in a few hours and the scene in Brennan's came off better than I could've hoped for.  Thanks to Kerry (Mikey) and Jochen for taking time off from a very busy schedule to come help.

4/28/01 - Added a Gallery to the site.  Learned enough PERL scripting to make a few modifications on an existing slideshow script.  This is the last of the site modifications I wanted to make before I continue editing episodes.  Also began preparations for "That's Showbiz" with Patti Pelton by checking out the location - Bob Yerkes back yard, which has the coolest circus setup in the world.

4/25/01 - Met with Patti Pelton today about her upcoming episode - perhaps one of our most ambitious since "Breaking Up - Part II."  I'm also planning to shoot the second half of "Tough Love" this weekend if we can get it together by then.  The renfaire episode might also happen since I ran into some of their swordsmen last night at a screening.

4/22/01 - First episode is finally edited and online - woohoo!  I'll be making a few changes (adding a bulletin board and slide show gallery) to the site before I tackle editing the next episode "Two for One."

4/17/01 - My system is finally online again and I am planning to resume production with two episodes - finshing up "Tough Love," and developing a new episode for Patti Pelton which may incorporate wire work and Wushu techniques.  I'd also like to develop an episode incorporating the upcoming Southern Renaissance Faire and I'm looking for swordsmen who are already working at the faire.

4/12/01 - I've become a master at reinstalling my Windows NT operating system since it crashes on me continually.  The real problem has been Adobe Premiere, which came out with a version 6.0 which works for virtually none of the capture cards out there and does not allow you to reinstall the old version without reinstalling your entire system.

4/8/01 - Work on the website continues while I try to figure out my recent capture card problems, which is the only thing keeping me from putting episodes online.  I will also continue to research other video formats and compression, but Real Player still gives the best quality per file size.  I have been approached by a few content providers to include The Hunted in their lineup, but I'd like to finish the site before announcing The Hunted to the rest of the world.

4/1/01 - Shot "Dance of the Undead" this weekend at Glendale Community College. Patt and Robin did a great job. Thanks also to Jochen, Ed, Richard, and everyone else for helping out!

3/29/01 - Completed main website design and episode browser - now I just have to get a few episodes online.  To date, it's been a year since I first came up with the idea for Hunted, which was originally a class project for my Acting Action stage combat workshop.  We've shot at least six complete episodes so far with four others in the works.  A six part pilot for the show has been written, rewritten, and partially cast, but we're hoping to get financing by releasing the website before we run off and shoot it.  I'd really like to be able to pay our actors.

3/21/01 - Spent the weekend rehearsing for "Dance of the Undead" with Patt and Robin along with shooting "Stalker" with Jeff Ackerman and Suki Lammers.  I also received a tape from the Thrown Gauntlet stage combat group in Glendale, who just filmed and edited their first episode of Hunted.  Thanks guys for the great work!

2/24/01- Now this really sucks!  I caught the flu again and this time it's turned into bronchitis. Took a week off work and I haven't even been able to think about the Hunted.

2/3/01 - Began taking a Wushu class with Eric Chen in LA, where there's a possibility of teaching stage combat again along with Tim Storms and Michelle Ladd.  This may also provide us with a much needed rehearsal space (and location) for the Hunted.

12/31/00 - New Year's Eve sucks.  I've been out with the flu for the past week thanks to my brother, but I've spent the downtime learning Dreamweaver and working on the website.

12/16/00 - Working on a preview to The Hunted along with the beginnings of a website while continuing to shoot episodes.  I incorporated our last audition into a segment where Chris Cassamassa was kind enough to join us along with Sonia Kazarov as Muffy and Meghan Walls as her stunt double ("The Audition").  I'm afraid the episode was a bit rushed and chaotic (I twisted my knee on the fight scene), but I learned a lot, which is one of the reasons I'm doing this in the first place.  Thanks also to TJ Rotolo, Jim Pirri, Kerry Glover, Andrew Helm, and Lars Ullberg who helped to direct the episode.

11/12/00 - Took the opportunity to incorporate a broadsword instructional video with Anthony DeLongis into a Hunted episode ("Rendezvous").  Most of the day was occupied with the instructional video, so we only had one take to shoot the episode.  I think we pulled it off.  We were also lucky enough to get footage for a future episode with Roberta Brown and Brandon Scott at the Magic Castle.

10/31/00 - Finished shooting "Breaking Up - Part Two," which involved shooting on location (Westside Pavilion and Santa Monica Blvd) on Halloween night.  Broke the budget on a $30 parking ticket.  The fight with Jochen went well (we've been doing it for three years) and the folks at Spooky House were really nice.  I felt obligated to repay them by playing a monster for a day.

10/16/00 - Pissed off at my computer, which has been up and down every day for the last two weeks.  I'd like to start editing, but I'm not letting it stop me from shooting more episodes.  "Blade in Training" is finally finished and I'm now planning a Halloween shoot (Breaking Up - Part 2) which will use Santa Monica Blvd and a Haunted House in Woodland Hills.  I also shot the beginnings of an episode called "Tough Love" with Kit and Alex at Magic Mountain.  The casting also went great last weekend.  I got some fantastic footage and some great ideas.  Thanks to Mark Ryan, Kit Davlin, Luke La Fontaine, David Vaillancourt and Andrew Helm for helping out.

10/5/00 - The Hunted is moving full speed ahead and we're having a blast. I've shot two episodes so far ("Breaking Up" and "Two for One") and the third is on the way this Saturday ("Blade in Training").  I'm very proud of the locations we were able to get away with (Jerry's Deli, Westside Fencing, Baja Cantina, and Sword and the Stone) and I think the acting, storylines, and fights are looking pretty darn good.  I even resurrected a halberd fight I did with my brother over twenty years ago.  My biggest expense so far was to buy a new camera after the first episode ("Breaking Up").  The focus kept drifting in and out and the camera light didn't really work.  I also bought dinner for Tony Swatton who let us shoot at his sword shop ("Two for One").  Sunday I'm having a casting for the pilot episode and I'm expecting at least 60 people.  I do believe the ball is definitely rolling.

9/1/00 - Had a few requests to work on scripts for "Pirates Blood" and "Game Master."  I passed them up to focus on The Hunted.  I've also taken a break from teaching stage combat, performing at Highlander sword demos, and taking acting classes with Larry Moss (which I really hated to do).  Time has been limited since I'm also working a full time job doing visual effects.

8/9/00 - The Hunted second draft of the pilot episode is coming along.  I also have two episodes written that I'd like to start shooting next weekend.

7/4/00 - After almost six months of talking about it, I finished the six part pilot script for The Hunted and celebrated with Independence Day fireworks.  My plan is to first write and shoot several episodes (much like any TV series) to get a feel for the show before diving into casting and shooting the pilot.  The concept for the show is simple - "Cops" meets "Buffy," and with a limited budget, it gives me the opportunity to incorporate swordplay, acting, writing, directing, producing, editing, visual effects, music, and whatever else I feel like experimenting with - taking a step towards my own production studio, which is what I've always wanted to do.
